You round the foot of the Quentulus Quazgar Mountains, and there is the Message written in blazing letters along the crest of the mountain. There is a little observation point now with a rail built along the top of a large rock facing it, from which you can get a good view.
It has a little pay telescope for looking at the letters in detail, but the staff recommends you not use it because the letters burn with the devine brilliance of the heavens, and if you are enough of a twit to look through it, you will recieve severe damage to the retina and optic nerve.
